Daily tracking

I’m a loosely coined term “vegetarian”. I don’t eat red meat and I don’t care for fish or other types of seafood. Everyday I’m exploring new recipes that will give me a protein packed meal as well as all the vitamins and nutrients that I need. While it’s hard to track everything, I encourage you to do so. Track your food not only so you know how much you’ve eaten, but so you’re aware of what vitamins and nutrients you’re getting and what you need more of. That way, you will be able to adjust your diet accordingly. MyFitnessPal is a go to, as it’s a very easy app to use. If you find others that you find work best for you, please share them with me!
